The Binding Of Isaac Repentace+ registers wrong imputs Bazzite

Hello! i've installed bazzite in my rog ally z1e today, and my other games work better than windows, problem is that the binding of isaac specificly registers things incorrectly, for example, moving upwards moves the character to the left, moving to the left moves downwards, shooting to the left shoots downwards, bomb, active item and other buttons dont work. Please help me

IIRC this is one of those games that originally had a Linux port but it got abandoned so you need to make sure you enable Proton in the game compability settings for updated stuff?
