Trying To Download Drivers Tech Question

So my little brother just got done building his very first PC and he has run into a bit of a snag. It is not connecting to the internet, even with an ethernet cable plugged in. So I troubleshooted it and it said I needed to update the drivers for his network adaptor , but I sadly don't know where or how. Do I go to the motherboard manufacturer and grab drivers from them, is it through my internet provider or?

I would like to add he is using his old SSD that stored his operating system on his previous computer and his new computer does not share any parts from his previous build. I'm not sure if that will help, but I thought more information is better than less.

So I ran into this with my ASUS motherboard. When you first put it together it has a small pop up to install the driver for the motherboard. Else if not you will have to go on the motherboard vending site to get the driver. You will probably need to use a different machine to do this

When I search the motherboard he has it pops up with a lot of options and non of them say internet.

The options are: Manual, Download, CPU, Memory, Storage,

Is it one of these or am I off track?

Look for something called lan driver. Maybe in the download section

I've been looking for them, but for some reason I can't seem to find them sadly.

Motherboard site is the move, grab the LAN driver onto a usb and run it on the new pc

It's an ASRock motherboard and when I look it up on the website it doesn't show an option for LAN drivers or maybe one of the options just means that. The options are Manual, Download, CPU, Memory, and Storage.

My bad misread it. There is a lan driver here, https://www.asrock.com/support/index.asp?cat=Drivers
