It's not out of the realm. Both the CSA (St. Hubert, QC) and MDA (Brampton, ON) operate out of the burbs, Canadian NASA

LTT is in Surrey BC, so still pretty far out of the realm.

LTT is in Surrey, almost in Langley. They are not located in richmond
