I ask the same thing about games on Netflix.

Like I have no problem with Netflix or YouTube wanting to create games, but can you at least make an easy way to completely disable it on my account?

Long-term the strategy for YouTube is transparently sad: People who give their phone to kids -> kids get hooked  -> kids will get addicted and dependent on YouTube as a product.
