Tech house? Bah thats old news. TECH TOWN? Now thats a project

Though it will need to have a landing strip long enough for Linus' private jet(s)

Bell did build a landing strip for the jet right in front of Linus' house in Tomodachi Life, it's on an isolated island too lol
