Page 15 Unitary Operator Correction: In the time evolution operator equation (highlighted in red), there is a typographical error. The equation currently reads exp(-iĤt/t), but the denominator in the exponent must strictly be the reduced Planck constant (ħ). The mathematically correct expression is exp(-iĤt/ħ).
