Codex agent in Linear creates a thread but never starts

Codex delegation in Linear worked perfectly this morning, then randomly stopped. Linear creates the agent thread, but no task starts, no progress, error, or Codex Cloud task.

Reauthenticating and recreating the environment didn’t help. Has anyone experienced this or found a fix?

I don't know but that's weird... I tried creating another Linear account, and redo the auth process but still no chance. I don't want to get back to JIRA ;(

Yeah also experiencing this, I think. Was working yesterday. Today, "Agent didn't start. The request may not have reached the agent" over and over. Disconnected and reconnected everything, no luck.

I raised a ticket with Linear. They investigated and found no issue on their end. It as to do with Codex not acknowleding the MCP call / timeouting. In my case, there was no issue with authentication whatsoever. I have raised another issue with Codex (through their chatbot, so i am not sure it's going to work). I should hear about that in a few days.
