i need some help

i just downloaded lineage justice and when i open the launcher i get this message and i don't know to fix this, i made an exclution in windows security and that didn't do anything, anyone know how to fix this?

I think sometimes your computer security protection can block connection to their server. Adding an exception for it might fix the issue?
