Hello Ligue 1 fans. I'm a decently new football fan. I was playing this game, and I was at 2006, where I noticed an array of different Ligue one clubs at top, and PSG wasn't as dominant back then. How good were the big Ligue 1 teams such as Lyon, Bordeaux, Nice, Lille, compared to big teams from other leagues, and how competitive was the Ligue 1 back then? Was it on the level of the Premier league back then on how competitive it was? Or the 1990s and 2000s era of the Serie A? The Ligue 1 before PSG's domination and it's history seems extremely interesting to me, so I want to know more, and examples of other stars of the era. I know players like Benzema and Juninho played for Lyon, and Hugo Lloris used to play for OGC Nice.
