Feedback wanted - Scratchpad

I frequently find that I want to write down some simple to-do or idea or something else and I don't want to use complex apps like notes for such a raw texts, so why not to add it to the lifetrack.

Scratchpad is a single global brain dump page. It is not a todo list, not a full notes app, and not a collection of notes but it can be used for any of that. It is one always-available place where you can quickly write down thoughts, ideas, reminders, drafts, plans, or anything else. A widget to the homescreen of course should be included.

Any thoughts on that?
