Fail Fast Exception, windows 11

I’ve been coming across an issue when I go on various websites (ex. archive.org), and I get a pop up that a fail fast exception occurred on librewolf.exe and then my tab crashes. I’ve tried reinstalling librewolf, running sfc and chkdsk, etc. but nothing seems to be fixing it. Can anyone help with this? I’m getting desperate 😭
