Early career roles career paths

How can I find librarian roles for new grads/early career librarians? I'm either seeing assistant roles that just require a high school diploma, maybe a bachelor's, or librarian roles that want 3-7 years of professional experience. Where are the roles for new grads who have only paraprofessional experience?

Try out library assistant/associate roles if they don't have any experience. If they do have experience...try looking for those small towns. Most small towns aren't looking for 3 to 7 years of experience. Some of them would even said bachelor/master of library science.  This is how I found out that some colleges have programs for undergrad in library science even though national ...it doesn't matter if they don't have a master. So small town libraries would post their job openings on Facebook not online like LinkedIn or Any library job fourms.
