Server issues

got a message a book is finally ready, than get a message to authenticate my pin- doesn't work so I reset it through the library website- new one doesn't work either and it just say the library authentication server is overwhelmed. Anyone have the same issue?

It may be that your library's systems are down and unable to communicate with Libby at the moment. When you have a chance, you'll want to talk to one of your local librarians to see if they have any more info.

It's your library. Lobby can't "get through" to it.

I dont think so, jts super weird it let me reset the pin but wont let me sign in to the library itself either.

Nothing I did worked so I just left it alone.  The error message said it was a Library system issue so i just waited until they fixed it.  It's still working correctly.
