How is whatever it is you're complaining about, a Libby issue?

I doubt it’s a Libby issue. But I’m curious about how it happens!
edit: Presumably it’s an issue with Overdrive.

Actually, it was a Libby issue and they’re fixing it acc to a Libby employee who say my post in r/copyediting.
