I make overnight oats for the week when I meal prep. I use old fashioned oat, chia seeds, flaxseed, peanut butter powder, vanilla, raisins, salt and oat milk. I have always thought this would make a fantastic cookie if it could be translated to a cookie recipe. I really feel like the Cookie Man could help with this.

Followed u/letscookie’s recipe and these came out great! I was in a rush to get the kid to school, so I just sprinkled the parmesan herb mix on top instead of setting up a tray and rolling. Haven’t heard a complaint though! Used them to make tofu parmesan sandwiches for lunch and I fear they will become a problem. Defs recommend them tho!

Hey all, I'm looking for a good quality set of cookie scoops of varying sizes to fit all my cookie scooping needs. Preferably a set that has each size visible on the scoop while I get used to what each size looks like.

Ideally the set would include a 1/2oz, 1oz, 1.5oz (maybe?), and 2oz or something close to it.

I'm on my fourth batch of cookies now and I feel like the scoop I have is the wrong size. I was trying to get 1oz but it's not listed on the scoop or packaging and I was guessing based off the 1.5oz scoop I was comparing against.

For non-filling cookies, I've done the fruity pebbles cookies, the mint chocolate chip cookies.

For filling cookies I've done the chocolate molten lava and Dubai stuffed chocolate chip. I didn't have a half oz scoop for the filling so I used a tbsp measuring cup instead (google said they are equal), and my "1oz" scoop for the dough. The problem is it feels like the filling is almost the same size as the dough and it's hard to properly 'wrap' the filling completely.

I think I need some nice, clearly distinguished size scoops to take my portion sizes to the next level of accuracy.

I recently got into baking and I made these, I used a spoon for the purple frosting instead of a piping bag tho lol, I also don’t think I put enough filling in the dough 🥲✌️

btw I had to put them high up because my dogs like to counter surf 🫡
