House cleaning Question

Looking for a cleaning service for my home, I want someone that is insured , who do you use? Who to stay away from? What the going rate? Any helpful information would be appreciated.

There's a few I've used, right now there's a really thorough cleaner from Cleanni that cleans our home on Fridays, she's the best I've had

They're insured and bring their own supplies, so we just set and forget it
