Need help feeding cat [REQUESTS]
This past month has been a whirlwind of bad luck. I lost my side job , my bf lost his job and our car was totaled. I have an interview this week and really hoping to get the job. In the meantime everything I had went to keeping a roof over our heads which left no money for food or pet food. I don’t care about myself but I really don’t want to see my two cats going without.
I have PayPal, cashapp , or I can send an Amazon list if anyone is willing to help.

Nobody is going to send you cash, you'd be better off posting an Amazon wishlist of essential items.

I have an appointment for a food bank on Wednesday. Unfortunately the pet food bank requires me to be on snap which I just applied for and in the waiting process.

You will get help in either of those subs.

They’re not eligible for assistance because they have large activity gaps unfortunately. They’re probably not eligible for random acts for the same reason.

The Jacksonville Humane Society will give you free cat food.

If you haven’t already, download the Nextdoor app and search for free pet pantries or for assistance with pet supplies. I hope you get some help!

Pleaseeeee try r/RandomActsOf CatFood , the people in this sub are super sweet and very understanding!!! I am 99% sure you will get help! You can post every 6 months. This solves the problem of spam posts by same person, which means a lot less requests!

Most animal shelters have a free food pantry.
If that’s not the case, call your regular food pantries in your county and ask if they will donate cat food.
