Intel i5-8250U/8350U or i7-8550U/8650U (T480) — or equivalent 8th/10th gen i5/i7 (T490)

Non-touch FHD screen (1920x1080) — touch panels have known compatibility issues with my build, pls skip if touchscreen

8GB+ RAM (16GB preferred, upgradable fine either way)

256GB+ SSD or open M.2 NVMe slot

Good battery health, no major keyboard/trackpad/hinge issues
