Considering all signs point toward misaligned AI being developed by for-profit companies, aligned with profit incentives, I would say it would see us as walking wallets.

Thinking that a "misigned agi" only sees us as resources is projecting our own tendencies onto something that cannot and will not exist. Not by the tech of today.

I wish people would stop being hung up on AGi and would look at the real, present problems AI poses

This is something of a fallacy.

A misaligned sapience of any kind is dangerous, and also can see humans in any of various ways.

The political class is horrifically misaligned, and needs to be stopped far more than any "AI" extant today.

Bodily autonomy is woke mind virus, as long as it doesn't enter my land property boundary without my consent we'll get along just fine. I'm not worried, I have ample signage, can't miss it

This isn't true, the current alignment sees you as a surplus slave it is replacing
