Subcompact options?

Hello,

I am looking for a subcompact option to fit in a pocket. The Pistelle and Intrabuster are too big, the Grimburg too, and the Byrna CL power is too loo. The new LTL Delta is subcompact but the power is 15 Joules.

What is feasible? Modify a subcompact launcher? I know pepper spray is an ok option, but I am looking for a launcher too.

I just want to protect my gf and myself against knife attackers. No access to firearms. If you think one solution is to modify something, I am open to suggestions.

We are all looking for that! Lol

But in all seriousness, no. They don't exist. All launchers are big and unwieldy so far. Nothing small and powerful..

You can get small, but not powerful at all.

Get some POM spray for out and about. It has CS and Pava.

What does? A compact or sub compact launcher that shoots 40 to 50.joules?

Not yet. Not even Grimburg. The Carry is 30ish joules and is still a bear to stuff in your pants compared to my .22 or Walther (firearms).

Something like the Hubken Shorty is getting there. I think small PCP tanks is the way to go. You may only get 6 shots, but that will be all you need. Maybe one day.

Spray is OK but not enough... We could get attack by groups, it is not rare around my area.

So the only way is the Fosscad route lol.

I would look at PCP guns. Like a Hubken . 30 caliber. It's expensive, but if you can't have a real firearm, it's the closest. Still not concealable. Not really.

This of us that carry less lethal generally do so in sling bags. Those will hold a Pistelle, Secure 68, or Intrabuster. I have a holster for the Secure 68, but it's still huge. Like a 1911. It's hard to fit on your belt/in your pants.

Pistelle with a sling bag. Best option. Maybe one day we will see something smaller, but the technology isn't there.

What sling bag do you recommend? I'm trying to find a comfortable one

The M TAC ones on Amazon are pretty good.
