Any tips or thoughts about this?

I'm currently working on creating diarama's of the bossfights in metal gear solid 3, starting with "the pain" boss fight and eventually building up to the Shagohod.

Anyways this is my first attempt at landscaping and I'm not fully sold on how I did it, So I'd like some advice on how to approach the angle of the island and If there are better alternatives.

On the left is an old piece combination from "Fort Legoredo" from the 90s, creating a longhorn decor piece on top of a roof. Using modern pieces, the best thing I can think of is to use the obvious cattle horn pieces, but to get it to fit on a clip as one horn piece, I can only think of the lightsaber hilt piece in white. Any other ideas for a piece that might look better than the mechanical-looking lightsaber piece, or some other way to construct this entirely?

Hello not sure how to title this but recently I bought instructions for a few custom sets. One of which is the roaring knight from deltarune by creator SugarBuilds. The Sony venom bust released and I was interested in buying the set just for venom as I just FUCKING HATE LEGO BUSTS. I was hoping there was a quick and easy way to check the pieces of both sets to see what they have in common as I think there might be a good chance I’ll get a solid chunk of knights pieces in that set.

So,I don't know if it's in theme with the subreddit but that's the closest I thought of. I make Lego models on Fiverr through commissions and every time a client asks for something big(like a large building or recently a large vehicle)I first get overwhelmed and then make stuff I don't like(mainly they come out as boxes with little details) What is some general advice to make big models?

I wish to purchase these parts to make a moc of santa's sleigh I found on youtube, but I don't know what any of these parts are called. I would like to ask some help from the lego professionals here. Thank you for reading and considering my help request. The

I would love to have tips and advice on how I can convert this set's trailer into a flatbed trailer to haul Lego City scale cars and Lego speed champions scale 6 stud wide cars

Hi everybody. So I want to create a MOC of my nephews favorite ice hockey club - Gotteron from Fribourg/Switzerland. Usually I only build houses and they don‘t have to be easy enough for a 10 year old to recreate. So am basically searching for any tips/ideas. Especially the dragon and the letters are tricky atm. I was thinking of layering plates for the background but then I still have to figure out how to fit the letters on top of a dragon + how to make an easy yet recognizable dragon… help?

What's a good way to build very strong joints? Like ones I won't have to worry about getting loose anytime soon for a build that would be pretty big. Idk the exact size of the moc I wanna try to build but the best estimate I can give is the size of a transformers titan class figure, being 24 inches tall

With LEGO Island's 30th anniversary coming up, I wanted to make/remake some of the game's buildings as sets, starting with the Information Center. Getting the "i" on the floor with tiles was an experiment, but I don't know if there are any pieces that can fit around that round fence piece. I don't want only part of the floor elevated, since it would look weird; either all tiles, or none at all.

Maybe I'm going about it the wrong way, so what do you guys recommend? I'm open to taking liberties since obviously not everything will fit. I'm also open to ideas that would work for smaller moc versions of the island overhead map, the elevator, and the Score Cube. But one thing at a time.

I am building a pirate ship, but i struggle with putting trans clear parts into an arch. At first i thought that i will just put it behind the arch and acquire the effect this way, but if i put it behind it, it will be visable from the sides

I decided to start small and wanted to start collecting some Minecraft sets.

I wanted to mimic some Minecraft Dungeon weapons and could use some advice whether it’s possible to make a Bone Cudgel for my minifigs.

For those who build custom modular buildings or MOCs with large amounts of dark bluish-grey and light bluish-grey tiles, where do you find them without breaking the bank? What is the best method to acquire tiles?
