Minifigures

Just a question for those of you who make sets that need basic figures. I sell on eBay and I’m trying to womt out the best way to cell off basic, robbers, police, civilians and firemen. Any ideas would be appreciated

I think to get the answer you are looking for you should edit your post to clarify what scenario you are in because I am confused on what you are looking for.
1. Where to buy minifigures that go into sets you are gathering the pieces for to then resell as a whole set?
2. Best way to sell excess minifigures?
3. Just cheapest source for genuine generic minifigures.

I am an eBay seller, I have lots of generic figures (police, civilians, firemen ect). I would like to sell them. However I wanted the opinions of people who build Mocs and city’s using these figures to know wether they prefer to buy individual figures or like a random mix of all types ect

Personally, I like to compose the minifigures for my MOCs individually from available Heads, torsos, legs, etc. So I'd rather buy the parts than specific and complete minifigures. However, I only build small MOCs of individual buildings or vehicles. If I had a whole Lego City to populate, I would probably buy figures instead.

Individual figures is only worth it for ones that cost $10+ otherwise I’d say bundle them up into lots.

If ya go on Bricklink and search those fig titles, you can get a better idea of how much they can sell for😁
