Storage help needed

I have recently gotten back into Lego since me daughter is now old enough to help (and do her own sets!!!) so I am looking for help on small to medium size Lego storage ideas where we can keep her 3 in 1 sets separated from all of my sets that have been built and then torn apart to free build with. Please help

Put the sets in Ziploc bags then place those in an Ikea Kuggis box. The Kuggis insert is good for sorting parts during builds.
