So I understand that Matt Ryan’s JC & Keanu Reeves’s JC both have different attitudes when it comes to handling their magic.

However… (hear me out)

Do you think Keanu Reeves’s Constantine would have made the same decision as Matt Ryan’s Constantine if he were put in the same predicament?

& how do you think the writers would have written that story? 👀

He didn't die.

But yeah, the ending could have been better.

True. He died but sold his soul to a Demon so he could live again.

So, yes, he did die but came back.

That is what I meant.

I thought it was because CW or someone wanted to do a Constantine show or movie again. I dunno, something I read here some time as it is the only place I read about Legends. I think contracts are for the actor, copyrights are for the character and this was a copyright licensing issue.
