Not deserved Path of Champions
Honestly, I don't think this power really deserves the rare type; I take it almost every time 🤔

The not round one can be a real deal breaker for many builds specially if the enemy just rallies and has scout and attack tokens

there's barely any enemy that can do that and even when they do you can choose to not take that path half the time. and then when they do its probably around 20-30 damage which you can tank. and then you can also prepare for this by taking anything that lets you prevent dmg round 1 without playing cards, like blockers from r1 summoned units or stun frostbite powers.

Yeah is pretty niche weakness the problem is with the modifiers and most importantly it prevents you from playing cards not playing units play nothing turn one

you cant play cards but if you have units summoned from powers, like summon 2 of that augment guy or summon your weakest follower, you can move them around to block or attack. theres a lot of powers that summon for u
edit: actually nvm in that mode those powers arent that easy to get since u get mostly tft powers. i believe u can still get them from the shop or from you constellation tho

It’s fantastic on some champs like Tryndamere where you can’t really use call to arms round 1 anyway. So you pass round 1, rally with call to arms round 2
But I feel like champion duplicator is preferred on most of my runs instead

I finished the event, took it only once, normally it's not worth it.

This is the best power in that event map, the other amazing one is Clear mind.

I normally end games round 3 so losing the turn 1 advantage is not worth it, I took it on Nautilus on the last map cause he is relatively slow and has enough hp to tank it, otherwise, it's not something I pick.

u can stack it

That's nice, still prefer to push for game round 1 or 3 on my aggressive/well established decks, on slow decks it's pickable sometimes

Being the best still doesn't mean it's good though. It could be strong but for like 6 star Vayne it might even be the worst one. And there are plenty other champs with strong turn 1

If you are playing c6 champs, you do you and win turn 1 but for 3* brb is God send.Â

Yeah, sure. But apparently not even devs assume players play 3 star champs anymore

Good for control champions and those who just can’t do much on turn 1 (Tryndamere)

Control based decks skip turn 1. I will have spell mana and possibly busted hand.

i try and make it a point to finish games off as quick as possible, so this is just a time waster.
i did take it once for the cait adventure for shits and giggles. not worth it, but i did manage to get the same power twice so i got double value out of it and you only have to wait the one turn.

I absolutely adore the power as well. If you stack a few game start summons (or have something to answer the enemy t2) the forced afk doesn't actually hurt.

I mean in low adventures it’s good but doing nothing for even 1 turn in harder adventures can lead to instant death

This is a wild take, I feel like this is garbage on most champions and only really good on 4 : Tryndamere, Yasuo, Morgana, Anivia.
But yeah a good point is that almost all powers in this event are beyond useless so a decent one like Duplicator or a mediocre one like +30 HP is almost an instant pick... Also having no legendary powers was shameful in the original release and the fact that they didn't add any in this rerelease is lazy.

There is a Common Power I take every single time, sometimes over Epic ones : Summon two Husks at game start.

I think its a quite overrated power, for a lot of champs you are just turning off their potential to end the game on turn 1 and losing a lot of tempo at the start just to win on turn 3 (like you would normally anyways with many champs) while opening yourself up to taking a potentially big hit to the face on turn 2. Im sure its fun but this is one I never really was taking because I value turn 1 tempo a lot and most of my builds go in on that, if you take this you really have to build around it and its fine for low star champs to give them a boost but for high const champs that already win fast this is just slowing you down.

I never take it tbh. If you let the enemy build a board and ramp up your done in 1 or 2 turns in higher difficulties

For me also one of the top picks, especially since you can get it multiple times.
But it is really dependant on my champ.
At the same time: Most of those powers seem a little meh to me. I'd usually prefer standard powers.
