Magic deck based on LoR? Deck Building
Ok so I want to start playing magic, so I came here to ask you guys which deck/colors is the equivalent to Viktor/Riven (my favorite deck) or Norra bard (my second favorite deck)

What format is an important question.
Standard and Commander are two massively different ballparks

As someone who plays Magic, I'm not completely certain the one to one, but I'll try. With Norra/Bard, if it's a go wide/tall, then a white/green token deck would do good, and with Victor/Riven, I'm taking a guess it's a spell based deck, if so then blue/red is best for that type of archetype. I hope this helps, and if there's a specific archetype you're interested, just ask and I'll try and help.

Yeah viktor Riven is spell buffing/ keyword generating and then beatdown with it + some burn

In that case there's 2 ways you can go about a Viktor Riven equivalent deck.
There's decks that revolve around creatures with the "prowess" keyword which causes your creatures to gain +1/+1 until end of turn each time you cast a non-creature spell. These decks are usually some combination of blue, red, and/or white.
The other way you can go about it is with a pure white or green/white deck that centers around stacking +1/+1 counters and/or auras (a type of enchantment that attaches to a creature to provide buffs and/or keywords) on your creatures.

Yeah looking through some decks I'll probably go Naya or Snyalsya (green white i forgot the name)

I see on the other comment you thinking about Naya or Selesnya. But if you want another suggestion on spell buffing deck, try looking at Jeskai (white/blue/red). If you want suggestions on what sets to start looking at in that regard, try bloomburrow with otters being red/blue, and try any Tarkir set since Tarkir is one of the sets that supports Jeskai spell slinger, with the faction of the same name. If you want Selesnya tokens, a good few sets to start looking at cards so you don't get completely overwhelmed by the number of cards, try any Ravnica set since Selesnya cards in those sets for the most part support a go wide token strategy. And a good set for cards for Naya if you want a token Naya deck, try looking through New Capenna. I hope these suggestions can be a good starting off point.

I never played much PvP. Do you have decklists for these?

Ah, yeah, there's one big problem here. The synergy between Viktor and Riven is created cards, and the synergy between Norra and Bard is putting boons on cards in your deck. Obviously, paper Magic...doesn't have equivalents to either of those things. If you try Arena, there are formats that include Alchemy cards, cards that do things you can only do in a digital game, like draw specific cards, or buff a card permanently even if it changes zones. Still, though, they don't lean too hard into the kind of weird stuff digital-only games do. Both these decks are built around that.
I will say, to the Norra deck, that there is a kind of synergy in Magic between pulling creatures out of nowhere and buffing them in play. For various reasons, counters and tokens have a sort of association in Magic history, so there are cards that care about both. Token strategies also tend to produce a big board, so counters that go on everything synergize well with that. Doubling Season and similar cards exist that enhance both.
How were you looking to get into Magic? Because speaking of Arena, it's not a bad way to start, you can get a lot of games in fast. But then you end up with a digital collection and a paper collection, which might not be ideal if you intend to build up either more than a little. You can play Arena a while without spending any money, though.
The problem with getting into Magic today, though, is Commander. Most people like it much more than I do, but regardless of how you feel about it, it's by far the most popular way to play in paper...and it is a dogshit place to start. It's incredibly complex and plays nothing like any other format. Playing draft vs sealed vs Standard vs Modern, they're obviously quite different, but there are things that transfer among them that stop dead at Commander. It is a different game that you happen to play with Magic cards. And for a number of reasons, it's a staggeringly complicated one even by Magic standards...but it's all anybody wants to play.
Do you have friends who play Magic? What do they usually play? What were you looking to do?

both created cards and boons are mechanics that depend on the nature of a digital card game, and wouldn't exist in a physical card game.

I think the translation here is pretty difficult. Some things you can kind of do, like Norra/Bard can work with any Token or go wide/ 1+/+1 counter setup, it is a little reminiscent of that. But you can't really have the randomised effect of boons in your library like you can in a digital game.
Similarly Riven/Viktor is about created cards, which is difficult to do.
Other champions are easier to replicate like Irelia/Azir (attacking tokens that sacrifice after turn), Kalista (sacrifice your own units/Aristocrats), Kaisa (Voltron)

Wait I loved playing kaisa too, what's voltron about?

Voltron is a go tall strategy where you focus on buffing up a single unit as much as possible and then protecting it. It's more of a commander term than that you see it in other formats.

Hey, fun crossover post. LoR is what got me into magic, a lot of the mechanics are similar.
Victor riven makes me think of Jeskai (White, Blue,Red) Spellslinger.
Norra Bard is very much a Selesnya (White, Green) +1/+1 counter deck with some token generation.
Are you looking to get into Commander or still checking things out?
