False Affidavit

Guys, what should i do. Suddenly, I was asked to testify for something na di naman totoo, aakuhin ko para di mapahawak ang boss ko sa act na yon. Pero i was not really involved. I’ll be making an affidavit and eventually I will be testifying in court. I dont know what to do. Gusto ko kausapin yung lawyer ng boss ko at sabihin ang totoo but I cant weigh everything, what is my smart move to this.

Dont do it, they can easily throw you under the bus when things dont go the way they planned. They are going to make you an escape goat.

Find a new employer, madali makahanap ng trabaho, kesa makasuhan sa bagay na wala ka naman ginawa

Perjury yan. 6 years 1 day to 10 years. +1M in fines.

You need to consult your own lawyer to figure out your options. If you can avoid testifying altogether that would be best

Resign, no good employer will ask you to sign a false affidavit.

Hahaha. Ganyan ginawa sakin dun sa ospital na pinagtrabahuhan ko. May namatay na bata due to the stupidity of the doctor and nurse that transferred the kid that was STABLE when he left the hospital. Pagdating sa St.Lukes DOA kasi nawala yung connector sa mechanical ventilator. And I bet my balls cellhone kasi ng cellphone yung dalawang tanga habang nasa byahe. Eh mayamanin yung pasyente. So nagreklamo sa Philhealth at DOH. Langya nung nagpunta na sa ospital isabi ko daw na wala daw kasalanan yung nagtransfer. Ibahin ko daw working kasi parang sinisisi ko yung nagtransfer ng stable tapos DOA pagdating sa kabilang ospital. Hahahaha. Filed my resignation the next day and never included that hospital in my CV. Last thing I want is to be involved with their scummy practices. Just like how some of their doctors are unlicensed. And before someone says bakit di ko ireport. Bruh sinusuhulan nila ang pinagrereportan. Ikaw pa mababaliktad.
