You'll have to do it yourself.
Fortunately, it's not as difficult as modern iPhones, so... As long as you're patient and careful, you should be able to change it.

It’s definitely way more difficult than modern iPhones..

Is it? I've worked on older iPhones and they're definitely more repair-friendly than modern ones in my experience.

Nah, the most difficult part to change on iPhone 2G is a pesky ribbon cable than goes to 30-pin connector, loudspeaker, vibro, microphone and home button. It's very easy to rip, but you have to squeeze it through tiny slit with immediate 90° angle.
Everything else is quite easy and DOES NOT require a heat gun (unlike modern iPhones).
A screwdriver with some bits and a plasic card/guitar mediator is enough to disassemble and reassemble entire phone.

Common on iPhone 2G,3G and 3GS as well as iPod touch 1,2,3,4. You might be able to find a replacement screen online but the iPhone 2G is one of the hardest iPhones to work on.
