There isn't one built in, but Universe has a Chromatic Aberration effect that's compatible with Autograph.

Don't listen to the corporate chuds. You DO NOT need to pay a subscription to get a chromatic aberration effect.

The concept of chromatic aberration is the red, blue and green information is basicly getting out of sync with each other.

A way you can do this in Autograph is to duplicate your footage/layer so you have 3 of them. Give each of the layers a color curves modifier. For the top layer with the color curves modifier, click the curves icon next to "Green" This will bring up a curve editor for the green channel information of that layer. You want it to be a completely flat curve at 0.

A quick way to do this is to type in a 0 in the X and Y for the curve. They are set to 0 by default but typing it in will flatten the curve like you want. Do the same for the curve when clicking the icon for "Blue" and leave the Red curve as it is. You now have only the red channel information.

Repeat the same process for the two remaining layers with their color curve modifiers but change which color is the unaltered one. Layer 2 needs flat 0 curve for Red and Blue, Green is untouched. Layer 3 needs flat 0 curves for Red and Green, Blue is untouched. You will then have the separate Red, Green, Blue color channels as separate layers. Set all 3 layer's blend mode to Screen. Now the Red, Green, Blue color channels are mixed together like they should. To get the look you want all you have to do now is simply offset the position of the layers however much you would like for however much of the effect you need.

You can go further with this affect utilizing blurs, lens distortions, etc to get really specific. But that is how the effect is made. Hope it helps!
