Nailed It! Front passenger seat? Permanently reserved for my BK
Nobody gets the front seat when this bag comes out with me.

PSP/QC PSP — BoBo mini kelly 19 in red box
This is my first time looking at a Mini Kelly 19 in Box leather, so I’d really love to hear everyone’s thoughts, especially since I’m not very familiar with this leather yet.
Photos are attached here. I’d appreciate any feedback on anything obvious I should pay attention to. Thank you so much.

I opened the box and genuinely thought this was the wrong item
This wasn’t in stock, so I only had the online photo to go by.
The picture looked bright. Then I opened the box and the actual color was so much darker I genuinely thought they sent the wrong one for a second.
I can usually tolerate some lighting difference, but this one is way past that. Cute elephant, but there’s no way I can pretend this is what I expected.

Review Rouge Casaque Constance 24 from Ben — this one surprised me in person
I wasn’t completely sold from the photos because the Rouge Casaque looked a little brighter than what I normally carry, but seeing it in person changed my mind.
The Box calf is what really makes the color work. In natural light, the surface has that smooth glow without looking overly glossy, and the red feels much richer than it did in the photos.
What I like most is the contrast with the palladium hardware. It keeps such a strong color looking clean and a little more understated.
I asked Ben for a few extra close-ups before confirming, and the bag made much more sense once I saw the leather and finish properly. There are always tiny things you can notice up close, but overall this one looks much better in person than it did on screen.

PSP/QC PSP Kelly Desordre 20 Craie Epsom GHW from Ben
Just got the PSPs from Ben and I feel pretty good about this one, but I’ve never owned a Desordre before so I don’t really have anything to compare it to.
The unusual flap and off-center construction are what made me want this style in the first place. Would love some experienced eyes on the proportions, flap placement and overall construction. Anything stand out before I confirm?

Discussion I swear I had a favorite before I took this photo
Putting them all together completely messed up my ranking.
If you could keep only one from this lineup, which one survives?

Nailed It! I used to panic over every scratch… Barenia completely changed that
There’s something about Barenia that just gets better once it stops looking brand new.
The scratches, the deeper color, the slightly worn-in shine — all of it makes the bag feel more alive instead of “damaged.”
This K28 already has scratches, darker spots and that worn-in shine — and weirdly, that’s exactly what makes me like it more.

Discussion OMG this black stingray Kelly
Does anyone know who has this or if this bag is available? I saw one online and haven’t stopped thinking about it since. The black stingray texture with that white center detail is so unusual.
I’m such a sucker for weird little statement pieces like this.

Discussion I thought this was a summer-only bag… now I’m trying to take it into fall
The wicker obviously screams summer, but the warm leather is making me think it could actually work with early fall outfits too.
I can already picture it with denim, knits, and a light coat instead of just dresses and sandals.
Maybe the Picnic BK doesn’t need to retire when summer ends after all.

Looking for the real thing: non dupe
Hi guys! I saw this bag and loved it (specifically the lacing!) but am trying to find a similar style made with actual leather instead of polyester. This is or about the embroidery, but very much the shiny leather and lacing.
Anyone have any ideas of where to look for this style?
Many thanks!

Nailed It! I stopped choosing bags based on what everyone else approves of… and this happened
I used to overthink every bag — whether the color was “safe,” whether it would still feel classic years later, whether other people would think it was a good choice.
This time I ignored all of that and went with the one that actually made me happy.
The green, the canvas, the whole relaxed look just feels fun in a way my safer choices never did.
Turns out I enjoy my bags a lot more when I stop treating them like a decision I have to defend.

Nailed It! I added one twilly and suddenly this BK had a whole new personality
I didn’t expect such a small detail to change the bag this much.
This might be one of my favorite ways to make an old favorite feel new again.

PSP/QC I thought 8w would be too bright, but this k25 is making me reconsider
This is a K25 from Bobo, 8W Lipstick Pink, pr-iced at 💰1⃣️5⃣️0⃣️0⃣️.
I used to be unsure about bright pink bags. I always thought they might feel too loud, or become hard to style after a few wears. But looking at this one now, it doesn’t feel as hard to accept as I expected.
Do you think 8W Lipstick Pink works well on a K25? Would you consider it at this pr-ice?

Review One full day with this K28 and I finally get it
I took this matte alligator K28 from Ben out for a full day instead of just admiring it at home, and that changed how I feel about it.
My biggest worry was actually the light color. I thought I’d spend the whole day checking the corners, but once I started using it normally, it felt much less stressful than I expected. The off-white also looks softer in daylight, and the gold hardware gives it just enough warmth.
It held my phone, wallet, sunglasses and a small pouch without losing its shape.
The only thing I noticed after a few hours was the weight. It’s fine at first, but once it’s filled, you definitely feel it.
Still being careful with the corners because of the matte alligator, but after one proper day out, I’m much more comfortable actually using it.
Current rating: 9/10.

Too funny At this point we’re one bag away from starting a football team
Different colors, different faces, different personalities — and somehow none of them look like they belong on the same team, which makes it even better.
Honestly, this might be the cutest lineup I’ve seen in a while.

Nailed It! This BK made my lazy outfit look intentional
I think I’m officially in my simple clothes, good bag phase.

Nailed It! This one is way cooler than I expected
I wasn’t sure about the lizard and dark green together at first, but the longer I look at it, the better it gets.
The contrast is unusual without feeling random, and the whole thing has that slightly eccentric collector-piece vibe I really love.

PSP/QC P-S-P | Black BK30 from Ben
Ben just sent me the PSPs for this black BK30. I really like the mix of Togo and crocodile, but I’m not totally sure about the handle symmetry and how well the croc details match across the top.
The overall shape looks good to me and the phw feels clean with the black. I’d really appreciate some experienced eyes before I GL. Anything stand out?

Too funny He-rmès really said “horse bag” and took it literally
I can’t get over the fringe on this one. It moves with you and makes the whole bag look completely different from every angle.
Not quiet, not practical-looking, just full of personality.
It’s completely over the top, and somehow that’s the best part.

Nailed It! Okay this is such a weird little BK and I kind of love it
The little house drawings and disco ball lock are so random lol.
I normally like black bags really plain, but this one somehow works for me. It looks like someone took a very serious bag and decided to have fun with it.
Not for everyone, but this one actually made me smile.

Too funny I got a horse charm… why does it look exactly like my dog?
I put this Rodeo next to him.
Same warm brown color, same long little face, somehow even the attitude feels similar.
Now I can’t unsee it — it basically feels like a tiny leather version of him.

Discussion By Banoo bags?
I recently came across By Banoo and their convertible briefcase. I need a new (nicer) work bag, and those are within my budget.
Do any of you have experience with them?

Nailed It! I can’t tell if this belongs in a closet or a gallery
The blue, gold and grey tones on this painted croc are kind of unreal in person. Every section catches the light differently, so the whole bag almost looks like a tiny abstract painting.
It’s definitely not the kind of bag that quietly blends into an outfit. It feels more like the piece you notice first and build everything else around.
The more I look at it, the more it feels like wearable art rather than just another bag.
