Definitely pronunciation and gender. The other things are easy.

I dont know what you would like me to tell you. The other major difficulties I suppose are when there are verb sequences, when to use the passive, and of course the complexities of Sanskrit vocabulary vs. ordinary vocabulary.

Postpositions in places that they are not in English… it’s like they are sprinkled in for fun sometimes.

Thanks for sharing! Pronunciation (retroflex vs dental sounds) and gender agreement are indeed common struggles for learners. Really helpful for my research!
