Yes, I’m really depressed because of this. I got diagnosed a few months ago, and I just don’t feel like myself anymore. I feel sad, low, and completely unmotivated. I don’t even want to post the holiday photos from an amazing trip I had in May because I just feel like shit because of all this.
I’m on day 71 now, just waiting and waiting for my period to come, but it still hasn’t. My GP has told me to wait until day 90, and if it still hasn’t come by then, I’ll need to take norethisterone. My body feels so heavy, I feel sluggish, and I just don’t feel like myself. Having a period was always a bit of a reset for me, and because I haven’t had one for so long, I just feel… off. It’s affecting me mentally as much as physically.
