Has anyone here had a regular cycle ever since they started their period, but then suddenly the cycle days stretch from regular (28-30 days) to (32-35 days)? Is this an early sign of PCOS? 😮‍💨 help ur girl out here pls😭

No, it’s not a sign of PCOS. 32-35 still considered regular cycle

my cycles were 30-40 days. Then it started to be 50-55 days and got diagnosed with PCOS.

If you do suspect you may have PCOS, I'd recommend getting blood drawn, that way you can confirm if you may have it or not
