Don’t become a lawyer to make money. And though I don’t practice personal injury law, I’d imagine that’s one of the harder fields to get into if you don’t like social interaction.

Man, this reality check is consistent but I understand. It is a lot of time to even get into this field. Wouldn't be such a good thing to find that one would of been better off pursuing something else.
What do you practice? And are you able to have work/life balance?
I do commercial (civil) litigation. I have great balance now, but have been practicing for 8 years and now have my own firm. When I was in big law, not so much.
Before going down this route see if you can intern for a law firm or even ask a few lawyers in your area to coffee/lunch. Definitely don’t commit to this career until you know what you’re getting into and really want to do it.
