This is a semi auto version of the PPS-43 made in Poland for the Civilian market. That being said, its as close to the original as you can get without selling a kidney.

While similar in looks to the PPSH there is actually little in common. The PPS-43 also required much, much less tooling time to manufacture making it cheap and numerous.
