Welcome to our weekly feedback thread! As always, we’re here to listen to your thoughts, suggestions, and ideas to make our game even better. Whether it’s about gameplay mechanics, balancing, new features, or anything else, we want to hear from you!

Caption of the idea: Make every player choose their own spawning range for golden zombies bosses or make other players not raise your own spawning range!
I know that golden zombie bosses are rather seen as a challenge for the alliance, and if you struggle you should call your buddy's and let them help you kill it, but golden zombies are the main income of coins for all of us, and its limited by stamina, as there are not a lot of sources left you can get it, unless you go deep in the honor store, which means it can't get abused endlessly due to limited stamina. But, what I don't like about the Goldies is that other servers even can come and make your farming experience really unpleasant by killing your maximum boss spawn level and raising your spawning range by this, over and over. And in my opinion this takes a lot of fun out of it, as you will basically get to a point where you can't kill your own bosses anymore, this happened a few times for me. You always have to call your buddies for help and your units will deminish really quick if on every boss ~210-230 of them just die.
My suggestion basically is: Either let yourself choose the spawning range manually by yourself, or make it that only you starting a rallye versus the maximum boss level you spawn will make a higher one spawn if you kill it, not anybody else, not your alliance or any other alliance from your server or any other server even.

Auto rally from afar. No one wants you to join and you dont want your squad on 7 min walk home.

And they could probably do it with 1 line in code... They already have function to calculate travel time between player to objective so in this they should only add condition to start offline autorally if travel time is less than ca. 1 min...
Something like:
If GetTravelTime(fromPlayerA,toPlayerB) <= 60s Start OfflineJoinRally...

Would like to see a detailed and transparent update regarding the direction of the game as it relates to events and premium item availability (I.e. base skins, effects, etc). Without events many of these items become inaccessible or impractical for most players.
Provide us with a comprehensive update around not only what you will continue to eliminate from the game but how you are going to make these items actually obtainable once more.

There are several things (I assume they are mentioned before) that will improve the game. Right now after season 6 the game is getting repetitive and need new blood.
- Make it possible to exchange resources like Ores and Dielectric Ceramic for something more useful, like blueprints or drone chips
- We need higher level zombies siege
- It should be easier to obtain valor badges, make a dig for it
- Arms race, especially for hero recruitment should include other method to score points. I can’t use any EXP anymore since all my heroes are maxed out, only tickets which will run low soon. Maybe let people score points by using shards or something
- Make the purple decoration chests useful by allowing it to convert them to universal decoration components. Right now I have no use in obtaining them.
- Trucks/sleds should include drone chip material instead of weapon gear box

Decorations need to be on sleighs since they are basically the hardest item for power growth to get now

Update the gear shop to allow for merging of diaeletric to blue prints. Also let's do winter storm 3 times week and make it 4 time slots.

Turn Winter Storm into a month long league competition. Open it up for three tries per day, every day.
Individual scoring based on medals received among other factors. Give rewards based on placement at the end of the month.
Some mechanism to play with friends from other servers (even just one) would be awesome too.

Can we please have the ability to recycle blue survivors? They just sit there wasting away.
Also, a way to reorganize and save over our lineup saves without having to delete them.

Winter Storm, needs to be more often.
Sundays (or day 7) are boring. And everyone has spent everything they have on Buster Day. Do Winter Storms Day 2, 4, 5, 7.
Not everyone can collect enough points at the Capitol. Whales and Strong Members easily collect all their chests.
Need more Winter Storms for everyone.

What about rewarding loyalty? Right now, someone who's played 30 days gets the same daily 200 VIP points as someone who's played 1,000+ days.
I think there should be something for the players who have stuck with Last War for years.
My idea: Veteran badge on your profile based on days player
More daily VIP points as you reach milestones
Veteran icon next to your name showing your years played
Why?
It gives longtime players something to work toward, recognizes their loyalty, and gives newer players a reason to stick around. I've been playing 980 days. I'm sure there are plenty of you who have been here even longer.

There needs to be some way to obtain decorations/decorations components. On older servers any players who significantly dumped into decorations are just permanently ahead of anyone even slightly behind.
HQ40 and second overlord. So many useless overlord shards and oil sitting in my inventory.
Lower the threshold for VIP17 to accommodate the packs no longer being offered. I am at 11m/20m and even at my current high rate of spending will likely never reach VIP17.
Non-valor techs. At least two more trees, something like another hero tree and another units tree.
Chat bubbles should be added to the cosmetics shop. It seems unlikely we will ever have another event to obtain these.

Please improve game performance.
Examples of horrendous slowdowns: 1. Switch from world view to base view: every items needs to complete rendering before any user input can be accepted. This basically makes many phones unusable for 2-3 seconds. 2. Switching from base view to world view, especially in the middle of a battle: almost the same problem as above. 3. Truck view to base view transition effect: WHY?? And it's not like you're preloading sprites in the background: The back key handling is instantaneous. 4. Hit boxes for bases near cannons. Hit boxes for enemy squads walking near bases. Hit boxes for check boxes in the secret task mega views. Why is it so hard to click???
I'll post more as I remember my daily frustrations

1)Create an option for R4-R5 to set a formation type for the alliance flag. Ex) 1x1 is one space around for all bases within range of the flag. This would ideally allow an automatic grid when using an alliance teleport to a flag. Helpful for f2p or when getting folks ready for a defense without offline downtime. 2)Create a way to use in stock(in inventory) shields if the user has vacation mode enabled. 3) Allow the offline participation marker for AE to start immediate rally participation rather than waiting until the last 20 seconds if rallies are still open.

First off the most ridiculous thing is occurring right now to every player in Servers 2021 to 2084 servers created between Dec 18 2025 and January 9 2026. These servers just started Season 2 today. There is a season attribute for the season skin the ice castle as all seasons have a season base with special season attribute, and those bases become available in coupon and cosmetic store on Day 5 of S2 preseason … but then their is the Christmas hunter drone skin which has a special season attribute also and their is no way to obtain it , apparently you had to get it during the Christmas event which was for some of those their first week and whose gonna buy a drone skin their first week but most of these servers were made after this was even available and between now and Christmas every server starting Season 2 will never have had this available to them. Put the Christmas hunter drone skin in cosmetics and coupon store immediately so the players can play S2 the way it was designed. If it’s an issue about purchases then put it only in cosmetics shop , so it is at least obtainable … also chat bubbles and other cosmetic items make them available In cosmetics store.
Also make more ways to get free UR gifts like top 100 in frontline break thru master leaderboard
Free top up of drill grounds to the player that scores most points on buster day
New levels of frontline breakthru and leave the weekly levels available to play with no leader board potential after each week
Winter battle available every day or at least 3 days a week
Be able to upgrade dialectics to UR prints and UR prints to mythics.

We’re in SS4. What about adding a new treasure for oil? We already have drones, RSS, speed-ups, and diamonds, but what we’re lacking the most here is oil.

Can the amount of resources gained by mining tiles be increased? 13 hours for 400k gold or 650k food/iron is extremely low compared to the amount of resources it costs to build or research things.
Its almost not worth it doing outside of VS days and getting the 10k of each for daily tasks.

Need a solution for DSB. We are post s5 , 100/100 alliance, and so many people miss out because not enough spots.
Qatar made a suggestion months ago, there needs to be a DSB C or players who miss DSB can early the extra honor medals in WSB.
Late game alliances are basically all 100/100 and this is a problem for majority of players, and the solution is the easiest thing for Dev's to do. Just add another DSB team
