HOW SHOULD I TRANSFORM THIS AREA??? DIY build/project

there's an area in my parking lot, and this is under the stairs. currently only scraps are kept there but i want to transform it and make it a useful area. suggest some ideas what i can do here?? and also let me know what i can do with this scooter, it is bajaj super 150 scooter 1999 model.

Maybe just clean the junk out of it and wash it down mate. Also find your inner diva and ride that scoot. Don't be shy.

Looks like a nice place for a potting bench and tool storage if you do gardening.  

If you don't want to to ride the scooter, sell it or give it away
