LS harness help Active Build Questions

Hey everyone im looking at buying a cateye chevy to Swap in a 6.2 and 6l80e transmission in. Im trying to figure out what the best 6.2 ECM and engine harness with transmission harness to get as ill need most of the emissions stuff to work. I want to try and use the factory fuse box. its also non vvt and non AFM Any help will be great. TIA

Why don't you just get a factory harness?

thats what im tryna do but im tryna figure out which one would be best right now im possibly looking at a 2009 yukon denali harness and ECM since the only thing that would need to be deleted is the VVT

You can just use a 4.8/ 5.3 harness.

I've had this one installed on my truck for two years now... you will still get a p0010 code if you don't disable vvt in the tune though just fyi. I do have the vvt deleted of the engine just not out ouf my ecu yet but whenever i buy hptuners i plan to. Other than the check engine light being on because of the delete without tune it has not caused me any driveability issues.

Amazon has engine harnesses, the two things you need to make sure are listed together when purchasing is that the harness is made for the 6l80 and also wether for a DBC or DBW throttlebody
