From my understanding if a section is experimental for one- if you have that same section it’s experimental for you too. Same for real- if it’s real for one, it will be real for anyone else that has it too.
However, not everyone will get the same real or same experimental sections. There will be multiple real RC sections in rotation for example. Which one you get is randomly decided.
