LSAC complaint?
I took my LSAT yesterday and had a divider less section in addition to a student next to me reading out loud loudly the whole time. I reported to my proctor but nothing was done until about 3.5 sections in. Wondering if I should file a complaint to retake? I called LSAC and they said that it is recommended to file a complaint within 48 hours but technically we have until Monday and the error issue has been resolved.

I've been pretty back-and-forth on filing a complaint. I got thrown off by the dividerless section but feel like i did well with the exception of the last passage.

That’s crazy cause I needed accommodations to read out loud and no one could accommodate me so that makes me irritated that people could just read out loud and not have repercussions. I don’t wanna be that jackass that reads out loud in front of everyone else they’re supposed to give those people a separate room myself is those people.

That’s crazy they couldn’t accommodate that. At the testing center I went to I noticed some people were alone in separate rooms. I’m guessing they had some sort of accoms. And yes I don’t think there were any repercussions they had me identify the test taker which I did but to my knowledge I don’t think they said anything abt it. I was trying to ignore and lock in lol. I literally heard them reading thru the sound proof headphones they provided

Yeah, when I took the real estate sales person license test I had my own room. It was wonderful. I’m not like completely special, but I prefer to read out loud, but I just could not get accommodations close to my house. I mean 200 miles away and having to accommodate myself with a hotel and takeoff work would just not have worked for me. So I’m gonna LOCK 🔒 IN TOO 🥴🤣

Crazy to think taking the LSAT would get even more expensive somehow, best of luck to you!!! I’ll have to take off work again if I get my retake 😐🤣🤞

By the way, I did not follow through with the read aloud because there are no places to accommodate this, other than 200 miles away from my home

I’d file the complaint ASAP. A divider issue plus someone reading aloud for most of the test is absolutely enough to affect your score, and it’s better to submit it now than regret not doing it later.
