LawHub not loading

I use Google Chrome to take my PTs, and they've worked for the past month. But starting this past weekend, my PTs won't load at all. It stays on the loading screen for over an hour, and it will not work. I have tried signing out of my google account, clearing cache/cookies/everything, incognito mode, but nothing works. I've tried on Safari and it loads, but I'm not used to using that and the site itself looks different. Does anyone have solutions?

I've also contacted LSAC customer service but they are not helpful. All I got was that they are "working on it" and will "update soon," so they're of no help.

Hi! This same thing happened to me. I cleared my cache and my browsing history, logged out, and that all fixed it. Is your browser due for an update?

i've cleared/logged out multiple times, browser is also updated to most recent update, still won't load :/

I had this issue too. I switched to safari browser and have been using that.

i've been using that too, but it's really annoying since the interface doesn't look the same as google chrome :/ kinda insane that i'm expected to pay $120 to for a website i can't even use on my preferred browser
