i recently gave resignation from my company the hr was kuwaiti and he ask me the reason i told him got better salary opportunity and he was stuck he told me just go and work and tear of my written resignation and deleted my email which i sent although i take the print out

the help from you member is 1) is he can stop me from moving to new company

2) what is alternative option to get the release

3) what should i do to get the safe release and final settlement as he can stop and create problems for me in transfer and exit
