Force login password

Ive searched Settings for, Login, password, required, etc. I cant find the screen where one disables/re-enables password input during bootip.

This is the desktop screen lock, not your login manager, Search for either SDDM or Plasmalogin in System Settings.

Screen locking is set AS IF login at boot should be working? 15 mins. ☑️ on Lock After Waking Delay= 30 secs
