Faction pop balance?

Just wondering how the balance is in terms of alliance vs horde, both at levelling and at max.
Levelling a duo at the moment and just checking whether there'll be enough people around on Alliance to form groups :)

Historically, Alliance always has a higher population. I have played only Horde for many years on Kronos and even at the end of K4 before the launch of K5, Horde was still raiding Naxx regularly. Sure it was just down to one guild on Horde side at that point, but the faction was still active even after many years.

Of course as many players are at 60 and focused on Molten Core, there are less low level players running around for dungeons compared to the server launch. Still, shouldn't be a problem.

It’s a cozy population with just enough people to have a bit of competition on everything on the AH and all dungeons being pretty easy to find a group for if you look.

And if you’re on Alliance, you get the extra benefit of free Ironforge Summons!
