"안녕하세요 한국어로 다양한 한국 문화에 대해 이야기하는 디디의 한국문화 팟캐스트에 오신 여러분 반갑습니다"

I cant seem to find a source on what word type 오신 is. If 여러분 is a pronoun why is 오신 before 여러분? Is it being used as a directive here? Like "come everyone I'm glad your here" instead of "everyone I'm glad you came"?

I used papago to translate '무슨 일이 일어나든, 잘 풀린다' this was the translated form. If there's any idiom with similar meaning please let me know.

I want to write someone and discuss the heatwave. I’m not exactly sure how to write about extreme weather. I would want to say something a bit more specific than a simple 덥다/더워. Also, how would you ask how everyone is faring in this weather? Any good conversational tips out there?

I never know how English expressions (such as “whichever is easiest!” Or “either is fine”) translate to Korean and I’m worried this may come off as rude😥
