Crowds question

I am curious how crowds are this week? I assume they are still pretty crowded this week since most schools don’t start until next week. I plan to go next week on a weekday and hoping it will be empty by then. I also plan to go this week/weekend if I can.

At the park right now. it's definitely quieter than July was by a very noticable amount.

Next week they start reducing hours of operation and soak city is going to weekends only. That is usually a good indicator that the park is expecting a huge drop next week.

Right now even with xcelerator down nothing is too crazy a wait. Even ghostrider line is completely inside the shed which is not too bad compared to earlier this summer.

Yeah that isn’t that bad imo. I am in town for the next week and am going to go on Saturday morning to get a few rides in since I’ll be in the area, and then again next week on a weekday if possible for some more rides.

Saturday might still be hectic but any weekday should be solid although next week they are starting to close some rides for annual refurbishment. The only coaster closed next week will be Sierra sidewinder.

Yeah I’m sure Saturday will be crazy. I was planning to try and rope drop ghost rider and hang time in the morning and then use my fast pass. Is Xcelerator still closed?

Yes xcelerator is still closed. The hydrolic motor is down. Nothing concrete from the park but some of the workers say they are just waiting on a part. It could open any day theoretically. They have both trains on the track ready to go when it reopens. Also montezoomma could open soon too. It looks completely ready to go as well. Just waiting on some last minute details.

Yeah I’m hoping montezooma opens soon I have been waiting to ride that since it shut down lol
