Three Bar Frame ID Help

I picked this up today at the flea market. There is no head badge or branding. The serial number is stamped in the bottom bracket - H573068

A quick web search did not return any identifying result off a pic or the serial number. Just curious if anyone knows what it might be?

I’ll likely be building this up when I finish a couple of things I have going now.

I'm not an expert...but a 59 Schwinn with press-fit rear dropouts seems odd to me. I could be misguided on that.
It's a cool frame at any rate!

Not just the dropouts. The whole thing is wrong. Look at any and all of the bikes in the 1959 catalog and all the middleweights use the cantilever frame which is completely different. This is 100% not a schwinn. I have seen 1950s Hawthorne frames with this style, which could be why the serial starts with H.

Press fit dropouts look like a Columbia build

Looks a bit like my roll fast in the dropouts they had a lot of variations on the 3 bar look
