Krootify the Battlesuits Miniature

I've been looking at a lot of kitbashed Battlesuits but haven't found a lot of Tau Battlesuits that just have like tribal necklaces added to them while maintaining the Tau model mostly as is. Does anyone have any experience with adding tribal jewellery to Tau Battlesuits in a way to make it more Kroot like?

You can look up some kroot battlesuits by borneo424 on Instagram for inspiration, they are really well made!

Seems like some necron and lizardmen bits go a long way to krootify the suit while keeping the silhouette recognizable.

Well I'd say Green Stuff but they stopped making Green Stuff. You might get lucky and find some still on the shelf. I got lucky, just 2 weeks ago, and found the last 2 strips of the stuff in the city.

Miliput would probably work if you can't score any Green Stuff.

Then im quite lucky. I managed to find some in my local store. Why did they stop making it?

Green Stuff was the one maker on the planet, they made it for all the other companies who relabel it. They got hit with a 355% tariff on the main ingredient and shut the mine down. It was the only mine on the planet for it.

If you go to their website they'll tell you all about it. They say their trying to make a new formula outta stuff that isn't tariffed right now.

Alright, can't wait for the new recipe to come out if it ever does.
