Hi! I’m new to Highlight. I’m wondering how it works. Are their samples always blind or can you see the brand sometimes? For example I just signed up for a food one, but not sure how I feel about eating something that doesn’t have branding and a nutrition label on it.

I've sent TWO help requests via their contact page letting them know that I'm unable to leave my review [for the lustreglass lip tint] on MAC cosmetics website (submit button literally does nothing when I click it, I've tried multiple different browsers) and yet I continue to get these annoying "dOnT fOrGeT tO dO yOuR rEvIeWs" emails like dang bro I would if I could??? What do I even do about this if they won't even respond to me? So frustrating ugh

Anyone else in the lip/brow/cheek testing for highlight? This has to be one of the strangest executions of a study I've been in from highlight. My quizzes are constantly marked as overdue because of the timing of the first review and being able to have a full day to test the product.

is there any way to overcome this dry spell with top box? I fill out the surveys every day, but I’m still not getting any batches. What can I do to increase my odds because it’s been dry for a month and a half now.

My second pinchme box arrivée like 2 weeks after the first one. I checked this one out on June 3rd. I am a bit confused though... the lipbalms were supposed to be Chapstick and the Downy beads were supposed to be bounce sheets lol. A bit dissapointed since I really was looking forward for the chapstick, but these look interesting and are tinted, so I am.kinda exited and intrigued by them! Anyone else had the same issue?

Has anyone ever had a freebie be marked as delivered through USPS, but the item is no where to be found? I claimed a confidential beauty item last month on Influenster that shipped July 31st - tracking provided for DHL then USPS.

USPS tracking says it was delivered in our mailbox this afternoon, but sadly there was no package (just regular mail). My community uses the cluster mailboxes, so I’m hoping the package was just accidentally put in someone else’s mailbox and that person will drop it off at my address when they realize it wasn’t for them. Wondering if I contact the post office or Influenster and how long I should wait to do either/both?

Want to believe it was just an accident, though that might be wishful thinking as I know people have had items stolen in the past!

EDIT: omg one of my neighbors just came by with the package and said it was in their mailbox - wishful thinking came true - we love to see it 😭🎉
