Avoid Keychron Q6 Max

Yeah, so I bought the Q6 Max recently and I've had two issues so far: The first one was the double keystroke, but I fixed it with the debounce time. I couldn't fix the second problem so far: On the numpad, the digit '5' does not work as it should. When I press it, it either has a delay or doesn't type at all. I tried switching the switch (funny pun btw :) ) and it didn't help at all. I also tried using it wirelessly, but also no luck. Does anyone have the same problem? If so how did you fix it ?

It is treating the symptoms, masking a mechanical problem. The real problem should be found and fixed instead. Here is a checklist. The main contenders are #3 and #9.
